Caption: How do you reset each day, week, month? What are the practices and traditions that keep you connected to you?
This month I’m doing a three day fast that begins today. It gives my liver a break from the up and downs of hormones and toxins. My digestive track gets a breather as well. And it boosts my immune system.
I focus on hydration and nutrition with my green smoothie. I’m not looking for weight loss. Just compositional shift. Just tuning up the system. All part of what I learned on living WildFit. So grateful for this new practice. ????????❤️
