Good morning!
Do you do new year resolutions? I think it’s a great way to motivate yourself to change and improve! I usually don’t wait for the new year and make changes when I feel compelled to. I woke up yesterday so frustrated with a couple of flare ups that I decided to try going wheat free for 30 days or so and maybe refined sugar free. I’ve done one day and it was t o u g h. But that’s one day down! I’m hoping to write down any changes, if any. Anyone tried it? Anyone want to try it with me? ????????????. And yes, this bowl kept me sane yesterday! ????.

I just have to add by wheat free I mean obvious wheat items like breads and pasta for now. I didn’t realize how common wheat is used in things until I started reading ingredients! Have a lovely day everyone! ????. .
